The face-to-face treatment is supplemented with e-health treatment; also called blended treatment. The addition of e-health ensures that you can read information about your psychological symptoms and cognitive behavioural therapy and make exercises independently at your own pace. The e-health program contains good information in the form of texts and videos. The different forms of transferring information in conversations, by reading texts and making exercises, ensure that information will be better understood and remembered. The therapist examines your completed exercises, provides feedback and discusses the outcome during the individual treatment sessions. All information and exercises will remain available for you, so you can consult them after you completed the treatment.
